During this interactive, two-hour class, participants learn to prepare and preserve a delicious salsa. This salsa recipe blends tomatoes, onions, garlic, and other fresh, local ingredients to create a sauce you’ll enjoy throughout the winter.
Class will be taught by Chef Alan Simmerman, Fresh Food Manager at Bloomingfoods. Each participant will receive two jars of salsa. Proceeds from this class to benefit Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard food pantry.
