Willi Baumeister often reproduced imagery in prints that he had originated in another medium. This installation includes a "line figure" from the mid-1930s that reflects the influence of the Bauhaus artist Oskar Schlemmer, as well as two large color screen prints from the 1950s that move towards greater abstraction and show Baumeister's interest in primitivism.
