Event

Meditation can be done in a chair, or seated on yoga blankets. Calm your mind, settle your body and find a softer focus to your day. Beginners to practicing meditators will benefit from this class. Class begins with breathwork and yogic energetic field cleansing techniques then progressing into the guided meditation. Guided mediations from the Kundalini Yoga tradition may include: Mantra meditation, guided imagery, mindfulness etc.

TIME: 10 a.m.

COST: $15 drop in or purchase multi-class passes for discount
